A-2011-2257622 and A-2011-2257641. Pennsylvania American Water Company (PAWC) and the Wildcat Park Corporation (Wildcat). Joint application of PAWC and Wildcat for approval of: 1) the transfer, by sale, of the water works property and rights of Wildcat to PAWC; 2) the commencement by PAWC of water service to the public in portions of Walker Township, Schuylkill County, presently being served by Wildcat; and 3) the abandonment by Wildcat of all waster service to the public.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before September 12, 2011. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.state.pa.us and at the applicant's business address.
