Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 Instant Lottery Game

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11.

 2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 instant lottery game ticket is $5.

 3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 instant lottery game ticket will contain a ''DEALER'S HAND'' area and a ''YOUR HANDS'' area. The ''YOUR HANDS'' area will feature 12 ''HAND'' areas. Each ''HAND'' is played separately. The card play symbols and their captions located in the ''DEALER'S HAND'' area are: 6 (SIX), 7 (SVN), 8 (EGT), 9 (NIN), 10 (TEN), J (JCK), Q (QUN), K (KNG) and A (ACE). The card play symbols and their captions located in ''HAND 1,'' ''HAND 2,'' ''HAND 3,'' ''HAND 4,'' ''HAND 5,'' ''HAND 6,'' ''HAND 7,'' ''HAND 8,'' ''HAND 9,'' ''HAND 10,'' ''HAND 11'' and ''HAND 12'' in the ''YOUR HANDS'' area are: 4 (FOR), 5 (FIV), 6 (SIX), 7 (SVN), 8 (EGT), 9 (NIN), 10 (TEN), J (JCK), Q (QUN), K (KNG) and A (ACE). A = 11, J, Q and K = 10.

 4. Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions located in the 12 prize areas are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15.00 (FIFTN), $20.00 (TWENTY), $40.00 (FORTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $50,000 (FTY THO) and $100,000 (ONEHUNTHO).

 5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $5, $10, $15, $20, $40, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, $50,000 and $100,000. The player can win up to 12 times on a ticket.

 6. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 12,000,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of Prize Winners: 

 (a) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $100,000 (ONEHUNTHO) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $50,000 (FTY THO) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50,000.

 (c) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (d) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

 (e) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (f) Holders of tickets with two matching card play symbols in the same ''HAND'' and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (g) Holders of tickets with two matching card play symbols in the same ''HAND'' and a prize symbol of $40.00 (FORTY) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.

 (h) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (i) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $40.00 (FORTY) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (j) Holders of tickets with two matching card play symbols in the same ''HAND'' and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (k) Holders of tickets with two matching card play symbols in the same ''HAND'' and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTN) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (l) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (m) Holders of tickets with two matching card play symbols in the same ''HAND'' and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (n) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTN) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

 (o) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (p) Holders of tickets with two matching card play symbols in the same ''HAND'' and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (q) Holders of tickets where the sum of the card play symbols in any ''HAND'' is greater than the sum of the card play symbols in the ''DEALER'S HAND,'' and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area for that ''HAND,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 8. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

Get a matching pair of cards in the same hand, win double the prize shown for that hand.

Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentive).

 10. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 11. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 12. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Hot Hand '11 or through normal communications methods.
