 A-2011-2269905 and A-2011-2269971. Pennsylvania American Water Company and All Seasons Water Company. Joint application of Pennsylvania American Water Company and All Seasons Water Company for approval of: 1) the transfer, by sale, of the water works property and rights of the All Seasons Water Company to Pennsylvania American Water Company; 2) beginning by Pennsylvania American Water Company of water service to the public in portions of Delaware Township, Pike County, presently being served by All Seasons Water Company; and 3) the abandonment by All Seasons Water Company of all water service to the public in this Commonwealth.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before November 28, 2011. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.state.pa.us, and at the applicant's business address.
