Medical Assistance Pharmaceutical Services Payment Methodology Change
55 Pa. Code Chapter 1121 		April 2012, as final-omitted This final-omitted regulation amends current MA program regulations at 55 Pa. Code §§ 1121.55 and 1121.56 regarding the pharmacy dispensing fees for covered drugs, the method of payment for legend and nonlegend drugs, and determination of drug cost.
