Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by August 26, 2013. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2013-2358485. Global Medical Response, Inc. (10067 Sandmeyer Lane, Suite 313, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19116)—for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2013-2365149. Preferred Medical Transport, Inc. (151 Discovery Drive, Suite 115, Colmar, Montgomery County, PA 18915)—for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in para-transit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2013-2366219. Van S. Troutman (416 Shaffer Road, Millersburg, PA 17061) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in all Counties in Pennsylvania, excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, and return.

A-2013-2367073. Tony's Transit, LLC (6344 North 8th Street, Apt 110, Philadelphia, PA 19126) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2013-2370257. Allegheny Limousine, Inc. (326 Lucille Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15218) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in Allegheny County. Attorney: David M. O'Boyle, 1450 Two Chatham Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-3455.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2013-2364442. Adam Rachko (817 Rockland Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in the Lehigh Valley area which includes the Counties of Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton.

Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.

A-2013-2352782. H & S Limousine Service, Inc. (800 Willowpenn Drive, Southampton, PA 18966)—for the approval of the transfer of the issued and outstanding stock, from Christopher Spinieo (50 shares) and Christopher Horne (50 shares), to Stanley Thomson Huntington.

Application of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under the application.

A-2013-2372803. Johnsons Transfer, Inc. (645 Old School House Drive, Springfield, Delaware County, PA 19064)—to discontinue service as a common carrier by motor vehicle, at A-00099877, authorizing the transportation, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Allentown, Lehigh County and from points in the City of Allentown, Lehigh County to points in Pennsylvania within an airline distance of 25 statute miles of the limits of said city and vice versa.
