P-2013-2389331. United Water Pennsylvania, Inc. Petition of United Water Pennsylvania, Inc. for approval of a tariff supplement to revise its maximum distribution system improvement charge to 7.5% of billed revenues.

 Protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code §§ 5.61 and 5.74 (relating to answers to complaints, petitions, motions and preliminary objections; and filing of petitions to intervene). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the petitioner, on or before Monday, November 18, 2013. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying in the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) Secretary's Bureau between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Commission's web site at, and at the petitioner's business address.
