Cancer Drug Repository Program; Income Limits for Eligibility

 Under 49 Pa. Code § 27.506(b)(2) (relating to patient eligibility), the State Board of Pharmacy (Board) is required to publish a notice setting forth the income limits for eligibility for the Cancer Drug Repository Program (CDRP) at least once a year. The income limits are based upon the patient's family income for the prior year, not to exceed 350% of the United States Department of Health and Human Services' Federal Poverty Income Guidelines for the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia as published annually in the Federal Register.

 Effective upon publication, the income eligibility limits for participation in the CDRP for the remainder of 2013 are as follows:

If the size of the Patient's family/

For families/households with more than eight persons, add $13,860 for each additional person.

 Effective January 1, 2014, the income eligibility limits for participation in the CDRP for 2014 are as follows:
