 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by the Administrative Hearings Office is scheduled for February 27, 2013, at 10 a.m. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing telephone conference. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before February 25, 2013.

 The proceedings in this matter will be governed by 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501—508 and 701—704 (relating to Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); and 31 Pa. Code Chapter 56 (relating to special rules of administrative practice and procedure).

 Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before February 19, 2013, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answers to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before February 26, 2012.

 The Presiding Officer will consider a written request for continuance of the scheduled prehearing telephone conference, for good cause only. Prior to requesting a continuance, a party must contact the opposing party. All Continuance Requests must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.
