 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for April 3, 2014, at 10 am. Each party shall provide a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference to the Hearings Administrator on or before March 31, 2014. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing conference.

 Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene, notices of appearance or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102 on or before March 27, 2014. Answers to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before April 2, 2014.

 If an attorney or representative for a party attending the conference does not have complete settlement authority relative to this matter, the party or persons with full settlement authority shall be available by telephone during the conference.

 At the prehearing telephone conference, the parties shall be prepared to discuss settlement, stipulations, witnesses and the documents anticipated for use at the hearing, estimated time for the hearing, special evidentiary or legal issues and other matters relevant to the orderly, efficient and just resolution of this matter.

 No prehearing memoranda or other written submissions are required for the prehearing/settlement conference; however, the parties are encouraged to discuss settlement and possible stipulations pending the conference.

 The Presiding Officer will consider a written request for continuance of the scheduled prehearing telephone conference, for good cause only. A party must contact the opposing party prior to requesting a continuance. All continuance requests must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.
