Appeal of Erie Insurance Exchange under Article XIV of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P. S. §§ 991.1401—991.1413) and the Referral by the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County; Doc. No. MS14-03-003

 The proceeding in this matter will be governed by Article XIV of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P. S. §§ 991.1401—991.1413) and the referral by the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County considering Erie Indemnity Company's application to the Insurance Department (Department) requesting that proceedings be scheduled to address the referral of matters within the Department's jurisdiction by the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County.

 A conference is scheduled for April 17, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. The parties shall attend and be prepared to discuss procedural and substantive issues including but not limited to the scope of these proceedings, stipulations, the necessity of an evidentiary hearing, future procedures and other matters relevant to the orderly, efficient and just resolution of this matter in the Department.

 The conference will be informal in nature and will not be stenographically recorded or transcribed. No prehearing memoranda or other written submissions are required for the conference.

 Petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before April 10, 2014, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

 Answers to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before April 16, 2014.

 Entry of appearance, participation in the conference or the filing of a petition or notice to intervene will not waive any objection a party or intervenor may have relative to the jurisdiction or authority of the Department in this matter.
