A-2014-2412433. United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a CenturyLink and Sprint Spectrum, LP. Joint petition of United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a CenturyLink and Sprint Spectrum, LP for approval of an ICC bill and keep amendment to a commercial mobile radio services interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a CenturyLink and Sprint Spectrum, LP by its counsel, filed on March 25, 2014, at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission), a joint petition for approval of an ICC bill and keep amendment to a Commercial mobile radio services interconnection agreement under sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 Interested parties may file comments concerning the petition and agreement with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265. Comments are due on or before 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov, and at the applicant's business address. Copies of the joint petition of United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a CenturyLink and Sprint Spectrum, LP are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
