The Pennsylvania Climate Change Act (71 P. S. §§ 1361.1—1361.8) mandates the preparation of an update to the Climate Change Action Plan issued in December 2009. With advice from the Climate Change Advisory Committee, the Department prepared the Plan, which discusses the reductions in greenhouse gases that have been achieved, provides work plans for additional emission reductions and makes recommendations for legislative action.
Questions regarding the Plan should be directed to Mark Brojakowski at (717) 772-3429 or email@example.com.
Persons in need of accommodations as provided for by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 should contact Alex Haas at (717) 787-9495, or through the Pennsylvania AT&T Relay Service at (800) 654-5984 (TDD) to discuss how the Department may accommodate their needs.
