 CPC 12.137: Restoration of the Law Library Ceiling. A general description includes the following but not limited to: repair, restoration, preservation, refinishing and cleaning of selected plaster ceiling areas, beam drops, soffits, moldings, guilded surfaces and coffer panel painted artwork by qualified artisans; manufacturing and installation of reproduction light fixtures; and rerouting and wiring of existing branch lighting circuitry to accommodate the new lighting scheme.

 A $100 deposit is required for issuance of project documents. The issue date of the proposal will be March 25, 2014, at 2 p.m. A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on April 8, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., convene in Room 630 Main Capitol. The proposal receipt date is April 29, 2014, at 2 p.m. Project documents may be obtained in Room 630, Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg, PA or by contacting Tara Pyle at (717) 783-6484.
