Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by April 13, 2015. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

 A-2015-2466615. Penn Medical Logistic Transportation (6658 Terrace Way, Harrisburg, PA 17111) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Dauphin County, to doctor appointments and return.

 A-2015-2468533. Kim A. Harris (493 Frogtown Road, Pequea, PA 17565) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in Lancaster County and from points in said county to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.

 A-2015-2463243. McCarthy Flowered Cabs, Inc. (1932 Cedar Avenue, Scranton, PA 18505)—a corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania—for the approval of the transfer of 100 shares of issued and outstanding shares held by Brian J. McCarthy to David T. Harte. Attorney: Paul S. Guarnieri, 11676 Perry Highway, Suite 3100, Wexford, PA 15090.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

 A-2014-2405211. Larry Nelson Brought (111 South Crosswoods Lane, Hoherwald, TN 38462) discontinuance of service and cancellation of his certificate, as a common carrier, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the County of Mifflin, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

 A-2015-2466866. George Larry Clegg (RR 1, Box 362, Thompsontown, Juniata County, PA 17094) discontinuance of service and cancellation of his certificate, as a common carrier, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Juniata County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

 A-2015-2467662. Ruth Ann Bubb (3739 Stull Road, McClure, Snyder County, PA 17841) discontinuance of service and cancellation of his certificate, as a common carrier, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the Counties of Snyder and Mifflin, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

 A-2015-2468545. Ernest S. Lantz (85 Old Race Tract Road, Coatesville, Chester County, PA 19320) discontinuance of service and cancellation of his certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the County of Lancaster, and those points in the County of Chester located on and west of SR 10, beginning at the Lancaster/Chester County line, then southwardly on SR 10 to its intersection with SR 1, thence southeastwardly on SR 1 to the Pennsylvania/Maryland State line, including the Borough of Parkesburg, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

 A-2015-2471144. Joseph David Gerlitzki, III t/a Giddy-Up Joes (1117 Graber Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34237) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of the certificate as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the County of Lancaster, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
