Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo Instant Lottery Game

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo.

 2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game ticket is $3.

 3. Play Symbols:

 (a) Each Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game ticket will contain six play areas designated as ''CARD 1,'' ''CARD 2,'' ''CARD 3,'' ''CARD 4,'' ''CARD 5'' and ''CARD 6.'' Each ''CARD'' is played separately. A player may win more than one time on a ticket; however a player may only win one prize on each ''CARD.'' Each ''CARD'' will consist of 25 spaces on a 5 by 5 grid. The 76 play symbols located in the six play areas are: The numbers 1 through 75 and the ''FREE'' symbol. The ''FREE'' symbol is a free space.

 (b) Each Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game ticket will contain a separate ''BONUS BEELINE'' area containing five spaces, one each under the letters ''B,'' ''I,'' ''N,'' ''G'' and ''O''. The play symbols located in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area are: The numbers 1 through 75. The ''BONUS BEELINE'' area is played separately.

 (c) Each ticket will also contain a ''CALLER'S CARD'' area. The ''CALLER'S CARD'' area will consist of 27 spaces. The play symbols that may be located in each space on the grid are: The letter B with a number 1 through 15; the letter I with a number 16 through 30; the letter N with a number 31 through 45; the letter G with a number 46 through 60; and the letter O with a number 61 through 75.

 4. Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area are: $3.00 (THR DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $60.00 (SIXTY), $90.00 (NINTY), $150 (ONEHUNFTY) and $300 (THR HUN).

 5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $3, $6, $9, $10, $18, $20, $30, $60, $90, $150, $300, $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and $50,000. The prizes that can be won in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area are: $3, $10, $20, $60, $90, $150 and $300. The player can win up to five times on each ticket.

 6. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 9,600,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of Prize Winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in an X pattern, extending through the ''FREE'' space and through to each of the four corner spaces, on ''CARD 6,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $50,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in an X pattern, extending through the ''FREE'' space and through to each of the four corner spaces, on ''CARD 5,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $3,000.

 (c) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in an X pattern, extending through the ''FREE'' space and through to each of the four corner spaces, on ''CARD 4,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $2,000.

 (d) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols to four spaces appearing in a diamond pattern, which includes the space appearing in the top horizontal row in the ''N'' column; the spaces appearing in the third horizontal row from the top in the ''B'' and ''O'' columns; and the space appearing in the fifth horizontal row from the top in the ''N'' column on ''CARD 6,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (e) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in an X pattern, extending through the ''FREE'' space and through to each of the four corner spaces, on ''CARD 3,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (f) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $300 (THR HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (g) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols to four spaces appearing in a diamond pattern, which includes the space appearing in the top horizontal row in the ''N'' column; the spaces appearing in the third horizontal row from the top in the ''B'' and ''O'' columns; and the space appearing in the fifth horizontal row from the top in the ''N'' column on ''CARD 5,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (h) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in an X pattern, extending through the ''FREE'' space and through to each of the four corner spaces, on ''CARD 2,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (i) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $150 (ONEHUNFTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $150.

 (j) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols to four spaces appearing in a diamond pattern, which includes the space appearing in the top horizontal row in the ''N'' column; the spaces appearing in the third horizontal row from the top in the ''B'' and ''O'' columns; and the space appearing in the fifth horizontal row from the top in the ''N'' column on ''CARD 3'' or ''CARD 4,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $150.

 (k) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in an X pattern, extending through the ''FREE'' space and through to each of the four corner spaces, on ''CARD 1,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $150.

 (l) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $90.00 (NINTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $90.

 (m) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in the 4 corners on ''CARD 5'' or ''CARD 6'' shall be entitled to a prize of $90.

 (n) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $60.00 (SIXTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $60.

 (o) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in the 4 corners on ''CARD 3'' or ''CARD 4'' shall be entitled to a prize of $60.

 (p) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols to four spaces appearing in a diamond pattern, which includes the space appearing in the top horizontal row in the ''N'' column; the spaces appearing in the third horizontal row from the top in the ''B'' and ''O'' columns; and the space appearing in the fifth horizontal row from the top in the ''N'' column on ''CARD 2,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $60.

 (q) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in a five-space horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on ''CARD 5'' or ''CARD 6,'' with a red line completely covering the winning line pattern, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (r) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in the 4 corners on ''CARD 2,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (s) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols to four spaces appearing in a diamond pattern, which includes the space appearing in the top horizontal row in the ''N'' column; the spaces appearing in the third horizontal row from the top in the ''B'' and ''O'' columns; and the space appearing in the fifth horizontal row from the top in the ''N'' column on ''CARD 1,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (t) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (u) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in a five-space horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on ''CARD 4,'' with a red line completely covering the winning line pattern, shall be entitled to a prize of $18.

 (v) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in the 4 corners on ''CARD 1,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (w) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in a five-space horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on ''CARD 5'' or ''CARD 6,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (x) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (y) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in a five-space horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on ''CARD 1,'' ''CARD 2,'' or ''CARD 3,'' with a red line completely covering the winning line pattern, shall be entitled to a prize of $9.

 (z) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in a five-space horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on ''CARD 4,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $6.

 (aa) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in five-space horizontal line, in the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, and a prize symbol of $3.00 (THR DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area to the right of the ''BONUS BEELINE'' area, shall be entitled to a prize of $6.

 (bb) Holders of tickets matching the ''CALLER'S CARD'' play symbols in a five-space horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on ''CARD 1,'' ''CARD 2'' or ''CARD 3,'' shall be entitled to a prize of $3.

 8. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

RED LINE: When a red line completely covers a winning line pattern on any CARD, triple the prize shown for that win.
BONUS BEELINE: Scratch the numbers in the BONUS BEELINE that match those revealed in the CALLER'S CARD area. When all numbers are completely matched in the BONUS BEELINE area, win prize shown to the right.

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game tickets.

 10. Retailer Bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which he qualifies on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 11. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 12. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 13. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Beeline Bingo or through normal communications methods.
