Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following property is available for sale by the Department.

 1. Parcel No. 49—West Wheatfield Township, Indiana County. The parcel contains approximately 1.41 ± acres of unimproved land situated at State Route 22, 0.47 acre ± left on the west bound side and 0.94 ± acre right on the east bound side. Tax Parcel ID Number 41-005-115.4. The estimated fair market value is $3,500.

 Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Kevin D. Pollino, Right-of-Way Administrator, Engineering District 10-0, 2550 Oakland Avenue, P. O. Box 0429, Indiana, PA 15701-0429.
