 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-17-008, Dated April 7, 2017. Authorizes the interest arbitration award between the Commonwealth and the FOP Lodge # 85 (L4—Capitol Police) on March 10, 2017, covering the period July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2019.

 Resolution No. CB-17-009, Dated April 26, 2017. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth and the FOP Lodge # 114 (K8—Conservation Police Officers, Game Commission) signed on March 21, 2017, covering the period July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.

 Resolution No. CB-17-010, Dated April 26, 2017. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth and the FOP Lodge # 114 (K1—Conservation Police Officers, Fish and Boat Commission, rank-and-file) signed on March 21, 2017, covering the period July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.

 Resolution No. CB-17-011, Dated April 26, 2017. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth and the FOP Lodge # 114 (K2—Assistant Regional Supervisors, Fish and Boat Commission, first-level supervisors) signed on March 21, 2017, covering the period July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.

 Resolution No. CB-17-012, Dated April 26, 2017. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Independent State Store Union, Liquor Store Managers Unit. The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019.

 Resolution No. CB-17-013, Dated April 26, 2017. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Instructional Non-Tenured Unit (Hiram G. Andrews Center). The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019.
