Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by September 25, 2017. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2017-2614960. Zenride, LLC (122 Chestnut Street, # 300B, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19106) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Asia Trans, LLC (2201 Tremont Street, B315, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19115) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2017-2620846. Lancaster Express, LLC (c/o James Eric, 905 Grantley Road, York, York County, PA 17403) upon call or demand, in Lancaster County, and the City of Reading, Berks County.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under the application.

A-2017-2602064. J.B. Taxi, LLC, t/a County Taxi Cab (P.O. Box 471, Beaver, Beaver County, PA 15009) in call or demand service, in a 5-mile radius centered on the intersection of 10th Street and East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County; that no right power or privilege is granted to provide service from the Pittsburgh International Airport located in Findlay Township, Allegheny County, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued to A-6411247 at A-2014-2421548, to Cindy's Carriages, LLC. A-2017-2618754. Liberty Services, LLC, t/a Helping Hands Philly & Helping Hands Movers (6024 Ridge Avenue 116-330, Philadelphia, PA 19128) household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under the application.

A-2017-2620720. LCCR, Inc. (424 Pebble Hill Road, Doylestown, Bucks County, PA 18901) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania, excluding service between points in Allegheny County and excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
