Order of the Court

And Now, this 4th day of October, 2017, in accordance with Pennsylvania Rule of Judicial Administration No. 605(B)(6), it is hereby Ordered and Directed that all Civil/Landlord Tenant filings and Outlier cases filed prior to November 1, 2017 will be transferred to Magisterial District Court 07-2-08, 962 Town Center, New Britain, PA 18901.

 The effective date of this action shall be December 15, 2017.

 The previously listed assignment of venue is ordered to better serve the administration of justice in Bucks County and in particular District Courts 07-2-08/New Britain and 07-2-03/Perkasie.
