And Now, this 1st day of November 2017, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that Jefferson County Local Rule of Judicial Administration 510 is hereby adopted. This change is effective 30 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
Rule 510. Rule to Safeguard Confidential Information.
Pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Access Policy of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania, all persons who file documents in Jefferson County that contain confidential information as defined by the policy shall use and file a Confidential Information Form in order to comply with the policy. The policy may be viewed at www.pacourts.us, and the form shall be available on the county website, www.jeffersoncountypa.com or in the filing office.
