Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by February 21, 2017. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2016-2567234 (Corrected). Constable Transport Service, LLC (4340 Winfield Terrace, Easton, Northampton County, PA 18045) persons in limousine service, between points in Monroe and Northampton Counties.

A-2016-2569411. Carlton Morton, t/a Steamtown Travelers (307 Neptune Place, 2nd Floor, Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from a point within a radius of 50 air statute miles from carrier's headquarters, to Mount Airy Casino, located in Mount Pocono, Monroe County, and return.

A-2017-2583777. Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours, Inc. (111 South Independence Mall East, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19106) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

(309 Camer Drive, Unit 3, Bensalem, Bucks County, PA 19020) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County and the City of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. A-2017-2584708. McGunny Productions, LLC (2230 Route 1 South, Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, PA 15025) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Allegheny County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2017-2585437. Marlin Horst (6817 Division Highway, Narvon, Lancaster County, PA 17555) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Lancaster County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods by transfer of rights as described under the application.

A-2017-2585463. Armstrong Relocation Company, LLC (3927 Winchester Road, Memphis, TN 38118) household good in use, between points in Pennsylvania, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-00122171 to Holman Moving Systems, LLC, subject to the same limitations and conditions. Kocher (1640 Parvin Road, Lancaster, Lancaster County, PA 17601) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of the certificate as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the Counties of Dauphin and Northumberland, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2017-2584102. LB Limousine Service, LLC (123 West Hamilton Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, PA 18101) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, as a common carrier, persons in limousine service, from points in the County of Lehigh, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
