 This bid issues on February 10, 2017, and bids will be opened on April 6, 2017, at 2 p.m. There is a mandatory prebid conference scheduled for February 28, 2017, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) will meet the contractors at the Department's Cambria Office of Mine Safety, 310 Industrial Park Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931. Departmental staff will also be available to conduct an optional field tour of the various work sites included in the project after the prebid conference. Failure to attend the prebid conference will be cause for rejection of the bid.
