Unfair Market Trade Practices; Automotive Industry Trade Practices; Withdraw of Proposed Rulemaking

 The Office of Attorney General hereby withdraws the proposed rulemaking which would have amended the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (73 P.S. §§ 201-1—201-9.3) regulations. Chapter 301 (relating to automotive industry trade practices) was proposed to be amended and Chapter 311 (relating to unfair market trade practices) was proposed to be added.

 This proposed rulemaking was published at 48 Pa.B. 267 (January 13, 2018).

 The public hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. on February 12, 2018, is hereby canceled.
