Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following property is available for sale by the Department.

 1. Parcel No. 19—Clarion Township, Clarion County. The parcel contains approximately 24,305 ± square feet or approximately 0.56 ± acre of unimproved land situated on State Route 0068 Section 374. Approximately 0.56 ± acre are on the right side of the North Bound Lane. This parcel is an assemblage of three parcels of land. There are three separate Tax ID numbers. Tax Parcel ID # 06-043-169-00, # 06-043-170-00 and # 06-043-171-00. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $57,600.

 Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Kevin D. Pollino, Right-of-Way Administrator, Engineering District 10-0, 2550 Oakland Avenue, P.O. Box 0429, Indiana, PA 15701-0429.
