Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by November 16, 2020. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2019-3015170. E-Z Ride Home Transportation Services, LLC (818 Alexander Avenue, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, PA 19026-4402) to transport, as a common carrier in paratransit service, persons between and among points in Philadelphia County, and between points in Philadelphia County to points in Delaware County and return.

A-2020-3022245. Latino Taxi Service, LLC (695 Kidder Street, Wilkes-Barre Township, Luzerne County, PA 18702) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in call or demand service, from points in Wilkes-Barre Township, Luzerne County, to points in Luzerne County.

A-2020-3022322. Community Council Health Systems, Inc. (4900 Wyalusing Avenue, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19131) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicles, persons in paratransit service, from homes located in the zip codes of 19104, 19121, 19131, 19139, 19140 and 19143 to Community Council Health Systems, located at 4900 Wyalusing Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131, and return.

Applications of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under each application.

A-2020-3022213. Delicato Transport, LLC (51 United States Highway 206, Suite 107, Augusta, NJ 07822) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2020-3022338. Fairprice Movers, Inc. (202 Independence Court, Blandon, Berks County, PA 19510) household goods in use between points in the Counties of Berks and Lancaster.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as contract carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2020-3021890. PA Top Transport, Inc. (777 Auditorium, Redding, CA 96001) for the right to begin to transport persons, as a contract carrier, for Medical Transportation Management, Inc., between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2020-3019270. Billtown Cab Co., Inc. (245 Lehman Drive, Cogan Station, PA 17728) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00111341, F.2, persons upon call or demand, in the City of Williamsport and the Boroughs of Duboistown and South Williamsport, Lycoming County, and within an airline distance of 5 statute miles of the limits of said city and boroughs.

A-2020-3019271. Billtown Cab Co., Inc. (245 Lehman Drive, Cogan Station, PA 17728) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00111341, F.3, persons in paratransit service, between points in the County of Lycoming; subject to the following condition: That no right, power or privilege is granted to provide transportation for Consolidated Rail Corporation or its successors.

A-2020-3019272. Billtown Cab Co., Inc. (245 Lehman Drive, Cogan Station, PA 17728) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00111341, F.4, persons in airport transfer service, from points in the Counties of Clinton and Lycoming, to the Williamsport-Lycoming County Airport in the Borough of Montours- ville, Lycoming County, the University Park Airport in Benner Township, Centre County, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport in Pittston Township, Luzerne County, the Harrisburg International Airport in the Borough of Middletown and Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County, The Capital City Airport in the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, and Fairview Township, York County, and the Philadelphia International Airport, in the City and County of Philadelphia and the Township of Tinicum, Delaware County.

A-2020-3022284. Sullivan's Moving & Storage, Inc. (740 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, Allegheny County, PA 15086) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its authority, to transport, as a common carrier, household goods in use: (1) between points in the City of Lock Haven, Clinton County, and within 10 miles by the usually traveled highways of the limits of said city, and vice versa; (2) from points in the City of Lock Haven, Clinton County, and within 10 miles by the usually traveled highways of the limits of said city, and from the Borough of Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa; excluding the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County, as a point of origin; (3) between points in the Township of Karthaus, Clearfield County, and within an airline distance of 25 statute miles of the limits of said township, and from points in said territory to other points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa; excluding the Borough of Clearfield, Clearfield County, and within an airline distance of 15 statute miles of the limits of said borough, as described in the original ordering paragraph at Docket No. A-00110917.

A-2020-3022290. Parks-Centre Carriers, Inc., t/a Williams Moving & Storage, Inc. (740 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, Allegheny County, PA 15086) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its authority, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, from points in the Borough of State College, Centre County, from points in the Borough of Lewistown, Mifflin County, from points in the City of Lock Haven, Clinton County, from points in the Borough of Alexandria, Huntingdon County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, as more thoroughly described in the original ordering paragraph at Docket No. A-00110917.

A-2020-3022335. Robert E. Plank (1574 Main Street, Box 102, Goodville, Lancaster County, PA 17528) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00124171, persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, in paratransit service, from points in Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
