Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program Advisory Council Teleconference Meeting

 The Statewide Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP) Advisory Council, established by the Department of Health (Department) to aid in the carrying out of its Federal grant responsibilities under section 2616 of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resource Emergency Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. § 300ff-26), will hold a public telephonic meeting on Thursday, January 28, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. To participate dial in by location at 1 (267) 332-8737. The meeting ID is 499525700. Consider calling in by 9:50 a.m. so the meeting can begin promptly at 10 a.m. Individuals who have questions may call Sandy Brosius at (717) 547-3419.

 The SPBP Advisory Council will provide program guidance and recommendations to the Department's SPBP in regard to the following: drug formulary; covered lab services; drug utilization review; clinical programs; eligibility; and program management.
