Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before August 2, 2021. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by August 2, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2021-3026890. Penn Home Health Care, LLC (405 Avenue of the States, Chester, Delaware County, PA 19013) in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in the Counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester and Montgomery, and return.

A-2021-3026941. Braden Scott Kennedy, t/a Here-2-There Taxi (137 West 3rd Street, Oil City, Venango County, PA 16301) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in airport transfer service, from points in Venango County to Pittsburgh International Airport and Erie International Airport, and vice versa.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2021-3026824. Remarkable Solutions, Inc. (1650 Market Street, Suite # 3600, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19103) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2020-3021186. Kate's Karriage, LLC (25 Skyview Drive, Honey Brook, Lancaster County, PA 19344) for the discontinuance and cancellation of the right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the Counties of Berks and Lancaster, and that portion of the County of Chester west of Route 841 beginning at the Pennsylvania-Maryland border and continuing north along Route 841 to the intersection with Route 82, then west of Route 82 extending north to Elverson, PA, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, as originally docketed at Docket A-2017-2626235.

A-2021-3026801. Fun Time Travel, Inc. (108 ElmwoodRoad, Lancaster, Lancaster County, PA 17602) for the discontinuance and cancellation of the right and privilege to operate as a broker, to arrange for the transportation of persons, between points in Pennsylvania, as originally docketed at Docket A-00120065.

A-2021-3026821. Best Limousine Company, Inc. (3070 Bristol Pike, Building I, Suite 100-B, Bensalem, Bucks County, PA 19020) for the discontinuance and cancellation of the right to transport, by motor vehicle, persons, in airport transfer service, from points in the Counties of Bucks and Montgomery, to the North Philadelphia Airport located in the City and County of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia International Airport located in the City and County of Philadelphia and the Township of Tinicum, Delaware County, subject to the following condition: That no right, power or privilege is granted to provide service from points in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, as originally docketed at Dockets A-00105095, F.2, Am-A, Am-B, Am-C and Am-D.

A-2021-3026871. Lifestar Response of Maryland, Inc. (3710 Commerce Drive, Suite 1006, Baltimore, MD 21227) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in paratransit service, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia, and the County of Delaware.

A-2021-3026876. Baughman Transport & Hauling, LLC (1000 Georgetown Road, Paradise, PA 17562) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate—to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
