Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 31, 2022. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by May 31, 2022. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2022-3031896. Moving U & Junk U, LLC (207 Carter Drive, Unit E, West Chester, Chester County, PA 19382) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.

A-2022-3032037. Exclusive Services, LLC, t/a Don Farr, t/a Don Farr Moving & Storage (4920 Buttermilk Hollow Road, West Mifflin, Allegheny County, PA 15122) for the approval of the transfer of all shares of issued stock from Dolores Fix to David Fix. Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

(11368 Tyrone Pike, Irvona, Clearfield County, PA 16656) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, an individual with special needs in paratransit service from their home at 1228 Grassflat Avenue, Grassflat, Clearfield County, PA 16839, to Skills of Central Pennsylvania, Inc., 2437 Commercial Boulevard, Suite 3, State College, Centre County, PA 16801, and return, as originally docketed at A-2017-2620046.

A-2022-3032166. Duda Transportation, LLC (26581 Capp Road, Edinboro, Crawford County, PA 16412) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-6422697, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the Counties of Crawford, Erie and Mercer, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
