Pennsylvania More Money Instant Lottery Game 1595

[Saturday, July 16, 2022]Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania More Money (hereinafter ''More Money''). The game number is PA-1595.
2. Price: The price of a More Money instant lottery game ticket is $10.
3. Play symbols: Each More Money instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring a ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area, a ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a ''BONUS'' area on the front of the game ticket, and an ''EVEN MORE MONEY'' play area on the back of the game ticket. The play areas on the front and back of the game ticket are played separately, but winning combinations on the front and back of the game ticket can be combined to win larger prizes as described in section 7 (relating to determination of prize winners). The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area on the front of the game ticket, are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRT), 31 (THYONE), 32 (THYTWO), 33 (THYTHR), 34 (THYFOR), 35 (THYFIV), 36 (THYSIX), 37 (THYSVN), 38 (THYEGT), 39 (THYNIN) and 40 (FORT). The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''BONUS'' area on the front of the game ticket, are: Bow Tie (NOBONUS) symbol, Jacket (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Necklace (NOBONUS) symbol, Check (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Gold Bar (NOBONUS) symbol, Purse (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Key (NOBONUS) symbol, Diamond (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Star (NOBONUS) symbol, Hourglass (TRYAGAIN) symbol and a MORE (ADD50) symbol. The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''EVEN MORE MONEY'' area on the back of the game ticket, are: Sun (SUN) symbol, Bank (BANK) symbol, Earrings (EARRNG) symbol, Truck (TRUCK) symbol, Cash (CASH) symbol, Coins (COINS) symbol, Stack of Cash (STACK) symbol and a Money Bag (MNYBAG) symbol.
4. Prize symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area on the front of the game ticket, are: $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $30.00 (THIRTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $200 (TWO HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $10,000 (TEN THO) and $500,000 (FIVHUNTHO).
5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won on the front of the game ticket, are: $10, $20, $30, $50, $100, $200, $500, $1,000, $10,000 and $500,000. The prizes that can be won on the back of the game ticket, are: $10, $50, $100 and $1,000. More Money contains a feature that can increase the total prize won in the main play area on the ticket front. More Money also contains a feature that can multiply certain prizes in the main play area on the ticket front. For a complete list of prizes, and how those prizes can be won, see section 8 (relating to number and description of prizes and approximate odds). A player can win up to 18 times on a ticket.
6. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 13,200,000 tickets will be printed for the More Money instant lottery game.
7. Determination of prize winners:
(a) Determination of prize winners for the front of the game ticket are:
(1) Holders of tickets upon which a $500K (WIN500K) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $500,000 (FIVHUNTHO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500,000.
(2) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $10,000 (TEN THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.
(3) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.
(4) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in three of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in 12 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $9,000.
(5) Holders of tickets upon which a Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5,000.
(6) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(7) Holders of tickets upon which a Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(8) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(9) Holders of tickets upon which six Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbols appear in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under each of the six Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbols, and upon which a MORE (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $950.
(10) Holders of tickets upon which any nine of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under each of the nine matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $950.
(11) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in two of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in three of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $900.
(12) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in 14 of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in one of the ''prize'' areas, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $850.
(13) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(14) Holders of tickets upon which a Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(15) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in eight of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in three of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in four of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(16) Holders of tickets upon which eight Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbols appear in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under each of the eight Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $450.
(17) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in two of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in three of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $450.
(18) Holders of tickets upon which any seven of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under each of the seven matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.
(19) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in two of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in seven of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in six of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.
(20) Holders of tickets upon which any three of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under each of the three matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $350.
(21) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in all 15 of the ''prize'' areas, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $350.
(22) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(23) Holders of tickets upon which a Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(24) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(25) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in all 15 of the ''prize'' areas, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(26) Holders of tickets upon which a Money Roll (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in four of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in 11 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $190.
(27) Holders of tickets upon which two Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbols appear in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under both of the Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $150.
(28) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(29) Holders of tickets upon which a Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(30) Holders of tickets upon which any five of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' areas under each of the five matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(31) Holders of tickets upon which any two of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' areas under both of the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' symbols, and upon which a ''MORE'' (ADD50) symbol appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $90.
(32) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(33) Holders of tickets upon which a Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Fistful of Cash (5TIMES) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(34) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.
(35) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols, a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(36) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.
(b) Determination of prize winners for the back of the game ticket are:
(1) Holders of tickets upon which three matching Money Bag (MNYBAG) symbols appear in the ''EVEN MORE MONEY'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(2) Holders of tickets upon which three matching Stack of Cash (STACK) symbols appear in the ''EVEN MORE MONEY'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(3) Holders of tickets upon which three matching Coins (COINS) symbols appear in the ''EVEN MORE MONEY'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(4) Holders of tickets upon which three matching Cash (CASH) symbols appear in the ''EVEN MORE MONEY'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

9. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell More Money instant lottery game tickets.
10. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.
11. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of More Money, prize money from winning More Money instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the More Money instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.
12. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.
13. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote More Money or through normal communications methods.
