In accordance with 25 Pa. Code § 127.462, the permit was modified to clarify permitting language pertaining to the operation of the two (2) Mahle dust collectors of the Corrosive-Resistant Pigment Operation (Source ID 102), to require that the dust collectors be operated only when charging of the source is taking place and not during mixing operations.
