 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-23-019, Dated September 28, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and AFSCME Council 13. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-020, Dated September 28, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and AFSCME Council 13. The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-021, Dated September 28, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the PSSU Local 668 of SEIU. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027.
