Pennsylvania Millionaire Maker Instant Lottery Game 1626

Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Millionaire Maker (hereinafter ''Millionaire Maker''). The game number is PA-1626.
2. Price: The price of a Millionaire Maker instant lottery game ticket is $20.
3. Play symbols: Each Millionaire Maker instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring a ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area, a ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, a ''MILLIONAIRE MAKER'' area and a ''SILVER BAR BONUS'' area. The ''MILLIONAIRE MAKER'' area is played separately. The ''SILVER BAR BONUS'' area contains two play spots and each spot is played separately. The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area, are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRT), 31 (THYONE), 32 (THYTWO), 33 (THYTHR), 34 (THYFOR), 35 (THYFIV), 36 (THYSIX), 37 (THYSVN), 38 (THYEGT), 39 (THYNIN) and 40 (FORT). The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''MILLIONAIRE MAKER'' area, are: Purse (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Diamond (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Check (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Wallet (TRYAGAIN) symbol and a MILL MAKER ($1MIL) symbol. The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''SILVER BAR BONUS'' area, are: Gold Bar (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Vault (NOBONUS) symbol, Stack of Coins (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Lock (NOBONUS) symbol, Crown (TRYAGAIN) symbol, Pin (NOBONUS) symbol, Ring (TRYAGAIN) symbol and a Stack of Cash (WIN100) symbol.
4. Prize symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, are: $20.00 (TWENTY), $30.00 (THIRTY), $40.00 (FORTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $200 (TWO HUN), $400 (FOR HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $10,000 (TEN THO) and $100,000 (ONEHUNTHO).
5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game, are: $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $200, $400, $500, $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000. The prize that can be won in the ''MILLIONAIRE MAKER'' area is $1,000,000. The prize that can be won in each of the play spots within the ''SILVER BAR BONUS'' area is $100. A player can win up to 22 times on a ticket.
6. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 7,200,000 tickets will be printed for the Millionaire Maker instant lottery game.
7. Determination of prize winners:
(a) Holders of tickets upon which a MILL MAKER ($1MIL) symbol appears in the ''MILLIONAIRE MAKER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000,000. The prize shall be paid as a one-time, lump-sum cash payment.
(b) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100,000 (ONEHUNTHO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100,000.
(c) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $10,000 (TEN THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.
(d) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10,000 (TEN THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.
(e) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in all 20 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10,000.
(f) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(g) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(h) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in all 20 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(i) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in two of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in eight of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $900.
(j) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in 15 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $800.
(k) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(l) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(m) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(n) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $400 (FOR HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.
(o) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $400 (FOR HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.
(p) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in all 20 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $400.
(q) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(r) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(s) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(t) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(u) Holders of tickets upon which a Stack of Cash (WIN100) play symbol appears in either ''SILVER BAR BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(v) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(w) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(x) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $40.00 (FORTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.
(y) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $40.00 (FORTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.
(z) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.
(aa) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.
(bb) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(cc) Holders of tickets upon which a Star (STAR) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that Star (STAR) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
8. Number and description of prizes and approximate odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

MILLIONAIRE MAKER: Reveal a ''MILL MAKER'' ($1MIL) symbol, win $1,000,000 instantly! MILLIONAIRE MAKER area is played separately.
SILVER BAR BONUS: Reveal a ''Stack of Cash'' (WIN100) symbol in either BONUS area, win $100 instantly! SILVER BAR BONUS is played separately.
Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
9. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Millionaire Maker instant lottery game tickets.
10. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.
11. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Millionaire Maker, prize money from winning Millionaire Maker instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Millionaire Maker instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.
12. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.
13. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Millionaire Maker or through normal communications methods.
