§ 85.1. Definitions.

 The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Department—The Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth.

   Organization—A marketing organization or producer who has entered into an agreement with the Department to prepare certified eggs.

   Personnel—Personnel licensed to certify eggs under this chapter.
