§ 109.1407. Feasibility study.

 An application for a review of a feasibility study or pilot study must be accompanied by a fee as follows:

101—500	$600
501—3,300	$1,000
3,301—10,000	$2,500
10,001—50,000	$5,000
50,001—100,000	$7,500
100,001 or more	$10,000
