§ 145.8. Conduct of the formal hearing.

 (a)  Unless deemed in the best interest of the Commission by the Director or a designee, hearings shall be conducted at the central office.

 (b)  The hearing officer appointed by the Director shall preside at the hearing.

 (c)  Subsection (b) supplements 1 Pa. Code §  35.123 (relating to conduct of hearings).
