§ 103. Findings of Panel.

 When the trial of a case is conducted by a Panel appointed pursuant to C.J.D.R.P. No. 501, findings of fact made by the Panel shall be accepted by the full Court so long as sufficient evidence exists in the record which is adequate to support the findings of the Panel. Thus will proper dererence be paid to the fact-finders who heard the witnesses testify and were in the sole position to observe their demeanor and assess their credibility.
