   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Erie County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #2514, Yorktown Center, 2501 W. 12th Street, Erie, PA 16505-4507.

Lease Expiration Date:  August 31, 1999

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 6,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a shopping center environment along 12th Street between Peninsula Drive and Interstate 79, Erie County.
