[26 Pa.B. 5526]

The State System of Higher Education will select a firm or firms for the purpose of providing professional project management services for multiple projects, to include value engineering, constructability reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement strategy development and interdisciplinary coordination review services. Firms need not be experienced in all these areas to be considered. Professional liability insurance will be a requirement of this contract. Interested professionals can obtain a request for proposals (RFP) from Rebecca Meacham at the Dixon University Center; 2986 North Second Street; North Hall, Room 105; Harrisburg, PA 17110, (717) 720-4117. RFP's are due on December 3, 1996. The system encourages responses from small firms, minority firms, women owned firms, and firms which have not previously worked for the system, and will consider joint ventures which will enable these firms to participate in system professional services contracts. Non-discrimination and equal opportunity are the policies of the Commonwealth and the State System of Higher Education.
