Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:

Allegheny County, Wine and Spirits Shoppe # 0223, 544 North Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15209-2349.

Lease Expiration Date:  June 30, 1998

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 1,800 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space serving the Millvale area. Good loading facilities and off-street parking required.

Proposals due:  June 6, 1997 at 12 noon
