   A telephone prehearing conference initiated by this office shall be conducted on September 25, 1997, at 10 a.m. The parties shall have exchanged and filed prior to September 25, 1997, all exhibits intended for use in the hearing, a witness list identifying the names, addresses and telephone numbers for the proposed witnesses, the identity of all experts along with their curriculum vitae and proposed testimony, an estimate of time for the respective party's case-in-chief, a listing of all legal issues and supportive citation for the respective party's position pertaining to the legal issues and all joint factual stipulations.

   The hearing will occur October 9, 1997, at 10 a.m. in Room 200, Administrative Hearing Office, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

   Persons with a disability who wish to attend the above-referenced administrative hearing and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing, should contact Tracey Pontius, Agency Coordinator at (717) 787-4298.
