Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company--Roaring Creek Division, Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company--Shenango Valley Division, Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company--Susquehanna Division and Philadelphia Suburban Corporation. Joint application of Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company--Roaring Creek Division, Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company--Shenango Valley Division, Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company--Susquehanna Division and Philadelphia Suburban Corporation, for approval of a certificate of public convenience evidencing approval of the transfer, by merger, of a controlling interest in the above-three noted operating water utilities of Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company to Philadelphia Suburban Corporation.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 21, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
