   A-210013F0010 and A-210013F0011. United Water Pennsylvania, Inc., United Waterworks, Inc. and National Utilities, Inc. Joint Application of United Water Pennsylvania, Inc., United Waterworks, Inc. and National Utilities, Inc., for approval of (1) the transfer, by sale, of the waterworks property and rights of the Nuremberg and Scenic Knolls Divisions of National Utilities, Inc., to United Water Pennsylvania, Inc., and (2) the right of United Water Pennsylvania, Inc., to begin to offer or furnish water service in the Village of Nuremberg, Schuylkill County, and in an additional portion of South Centre Township, Columbia County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 8, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
