DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

   The Department of Transportation, under the authority contained in Section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and in 67 Pa. Code, Section 495.4, gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority, Raymond Schreckengost, Executive Director, 17 West Dobbins Landing, Erie PA 16507-1424, to lease highway right-of-way located at SR 4034 and LR 1003, West 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue, in the City of Erie, Erie County, consisting of Two tracts, approximate sizes, Parcel ''A'' 36,901 SF/.847 AC and Parcel ''B'' 29,209 SF/.671 AC, for the purpose of constructing a park and ride parking lot.

   Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to John L. Baker, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 1-0, 255 Elm St., Oil City, PA 16301.
