   A-310651 F0002. Service Electric Telephone Company. Application of Service Electric Telephone Company for approval to expand its service territory where it offers, renders, furnishes or supplies telecommunications services as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier into the service territory of Commonwealth Telephone Company.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 6, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
