   A-310981 F2000. Utility.com, Inc. Application of Utility.com, Inc., for approval to abandon its certificate of public convenience as a telecommunications provider in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 7, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
