   The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its Department of General Services, is sending and receiving bids electronically through a secure platform.

   If your firm is interested in receiving and submitting bids electronically using Pennsylvania's Tumbleweed Integrated Messaging Exchange (IME) please contact Vendor Services at (717) 787-2199 or 787-4705 to verify that your vendor record is updated with a valid e-mail address or to obtain information on registering with the Department.
