   C-00004204.  White Haven Borough v. Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad Company. Complainant states its concern about the condition of the rail facilities within its municipality, specifically the condition of the bridge which carries the railroad above the grade of Susquehanna Street and the adjacent retaining wall.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held Thursday, March 8, 2001, at 10 a.m. in Room 318, Scranton State Office Building, 100 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
