   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Berks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0617, Tulpehocken Village Shop, 430 N. 3rd Street, Womelsdorf, PA 19567-9701.

Lease Expiration Date: October 31, 2004

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,000 to 4,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within 1/4 mile of the intersection of Routes 419 and 422 in Womelsdorf Borough, Heidelberg Township.
