   The Department of Education's policies and procedures under the Individual with Disabilities Education Act, Part B, regulatory provisions in 34 CFR 300.121--300.156, were approved by the United States Department of Education. The document is available for public inspection at any school district, intermediate unit or the offices of the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network.
