   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Beaver County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0408, 816 Third Avenue, New Brighton, PA 15066.

Lease Expiration Date:   October 31, 2004

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,000 to 3,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in New Brighton Central Business District, Beaver County.

Facility must have a tractor-trailer docking area with dock plate, a minimum ceiling height of 18 feet, off-street parking for a minimum of seven vehicles and easy access to traffic routes and I-81.
